Responsibilities: You will support and empower nursing staff across all departments of the Aarau Cantonal Hospital in the care of patients with oncological and onco-hematological conditions. You will accompany, train, and advise patients with oncological conditions across departments through direct clinical nursing practice or in a consultative setting. You will provide professional leadership, support, and coaching to specialists and nursing experts in the Oncology Competence Team/ANP. You will work in all departments (surgery, women’s and children’s health, medicine) providing direct care to oncology patients. You will develop and update subject-specific SOPs, guidelines, and protocols in collaboration with clinical and nursing experts and other professional groups.
