Aufgaben: Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung unserer Alterspsychiatrie mit aktuell 16 Betten, in der ältere Menschen (in der Regel ab dem 65. Anforderungen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie sowie ein alterspsychiatrisch relevantes CAS (z. Responsibilities: You will plan and conduct research in the field of systematic reviews as well as using methods of pluralistic empirical field research (quantitative and qualitative, particularly ethnographic). You will play a key role in the co-development of complex interventions and the conduct of feasibility studies. In doing so, you will collaborate within an international and interprofessional research team. The publication and dissemination of research findings in scientific journals and at conferences round out your responsibilities.
Requirements: For the Ph.D. program, you must hold a master’s degree; for the postdoctoral position, you must hold a Ph.D. in nursing and/or health sciences, sociology, psychology, or a related field. Professional and/or research experience in the context of dementia or elderly care is desirable. Excellent command of English and German is required. Responsibilities: You will work in our specialized 11-bed delirium unit within the acute geriatric care department, providing care for elderly patients requiring hospitalization who have dementia, delirium, or other medical conditions accompanied by acute physical impairment. In your additional role, you will advise and support nursing staff and nursing teams on nursing-related issues and promote high-quality care in accordance with current standards. When necessary, you will consult with the unit manager or the advanced practice nurse (APN). You will attend two office days per month as well as the monthly professional forum, conduct nursing discussions and case conferences with the team, organize short training sessions, and participate in training programs.
