Data protection
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number, but also, for example, website visits or details of hobbies. We collect, use or process the personal data of our users only to the extent that this is necessary for a functioning website and our content and services, is permitted by law or the users consent to the collection of data. When contacting the Verein für Pflegewissenschaft (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
Access data
This website is hosted by the company hausformat on swisszonic servers. In cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect our website from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
When you access our website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information transmitted about the operating system or browser. The log files are used to detect technical problems and to ensure security. This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons. The usage data collected forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified which we can use to improve our services accordingly.
Encryption
The website uses a security certificate. This encrypts the connections between the website and visitors. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in the address bar of the browser and by the fact that the website address begins with https:// instead of http://.
Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc ("Google").
