Projects and engagements
We primarily started with the following projects:
- Zusammentragen von bereits bestehenden Fort- und Weiterbildungsangebote für Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care
- Political involvement in collective bargaining negotiations and advocating for the concerns of nurse practitioners in family practices/group practices
- Provide the impetus for a uniform scope of practice for nurse practitioners in primary care.
- Developing recommendations on wages, remuneration for specialist lectures, and recommendations on performance billing in the outpatient tariff structure
- Design of a platform for exchange, networking, and knowledge transfer for quality improvement

- Strengthening the Nurse Practitioner role and development in GP practices / group practices.
- Promotion of training and further education opportunities for nurse practitioners in the GP practice / group practice
- Strengths of nurse practitioner training in family practice / group practice.
- Creation of a platform for exchange, networking and knowledge transfer to improve quality.
- Support, advice and assistance for career starters when starting/establishing a position in a family practice/group practice
- Involvement at political level in collective bargaining and advocacy for the concerns of nurse practitioners in GP practices / group practices.
- Participation and collaboration in research projects.
- Co-design as AFG with regard to national and international exchange for nurse practitioners in family practice / group practice.
