Parliamentary initiative "Legal recognition of the responsibility of care"
The parliamentary initiative "Legal recognition of the responsibility of care" (11,418) failed in parliament on 27 April 2016. For this reason, the nursing associations, together with the SBK, have decided to launch a federal popular initiative. We share the opinion of Helena Zaugg, SBK President: "Nursing professionals bear the professional responsibility. They are also able to bear the financial responsibility."
