Activating and accompanying therapeutic care (ABTP)
In July 2016, members of the ABTP project steering group met with representatives of SwissDRG, FMH and BFS. In accordance with the mandate given to the project members, we submitted a reference document on ABTP to the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) and the Federal Statistical Office (FSO) in May 2016. This document describes the definition and objectives of ABTP and describes the minimum characteristics of ABTP along the care process (assessment, care diagnosis/focuses, objectives, care interventions and evaluation) as well as the minimum personnel characteristics of ABTP.
